Every room gives wonderful views, either of the ocean, or across the valley and cliffs. Situated next to the coastal path, the beach just a few minutes away – a bit longer when you’re coming up the hill! The home is situated in 9 acres of private land, excellent for outdoor games, and kite flying. Inside there is a modern, yet timeless beach-house feel.

The Property
The property is arranged so that it can be let as a 2 bedroom apartment sleeping 4 or 5, or, if there are more people in your party, additional bedrooms and bathrooms can be added, to sleep a maximum of 14. Kitchen / dining facilities etc, are designed to cater comfortably for up to this number. There is parking in the private car park for a maximum of 5 cars.
Because it is possible to book from 4/5 up to 14 people, The Bluff is ideal for a single family, or for family groups wanting to share some quality time together, perhaps to celebrate a special occasion. It is also ideal for groups with a shared interest, e.g.walking or yoga.

The living area at The Bluff has been designed for open plan living, with a terrace lounge, kitchen, dining table and TV / reading lounge.
The kitchen is equipped with a full range of modern appliances including fully fitted kitchen, Freeview TV, terrace sea view lounge, TV / reading lounge, large patio, free Wifi, large dining table.
bedrooms
The bedrooms at The Bluff have been individually designed with a fresh feel, mixing traditional and modern design.
The lower floor has 2 bedrooms a double with en suite shower room with an amazing sea view, and double or triple with en suite shower.
Need more space? We offer a second suite of rooms on the upper floor, which consists of two double or twin rooms, a double or triple room, and 2 single rooms. All of these rooms have adjacent bathrooms.
Please Note: We do not take any pets. The only exception would be for a working dog providing specific support e.g. guide dogs.
